1. Service Booking & Access
Clients must ensure safe and running hot water and electricity are available on site. Access may be provided via key safes, concierge, or on-site presence.
2. 100% Satisfaction & Reclean Guarantee
For deep cleans and end-of-tenancy cleans, we guarantee satisfaction based on our agreed checklist. If any task on the inventory was omitted or sub-standard, the client must report it within 24 hours of completion. We will return and rectify the area free of charge.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' prior notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a £35 late cancellation fee to cover allocated operative travel and scheduling.
4. Insurance & Liability
All KDK Cleaning Services cleaning operatives are covered under our comprehensive public liability insurance policy.
