Pre-Inspection Room Checklist

• [ ] Kitchen: Oven interior degreased, racks cleaned, trays stripped of burnt grease
• [ ] Kitchen: Extractor fan mesh cleaned, light cover washed
• [ ] Kitchen: Refrigerator defrosted, drawers washed, rear condensation channel cleared
• [ ] Bathroom: Limescale completely descaled from shower screen, mixer taps, and showerhead
• [ ] Bathroom: Toilet bowl descaled below water line, seat hinges cleaned
• [ ] Living & Bedrooms: Skirting boards wiped, light switches and socket plates cleaned
• [ ] Windows: Internal panes, frames, and sill channels cleaned of dust and bugs
• [ ] Carpets: Vacuumed thoroughly including under beds and behind radiators
